RA Friedman

RA Friedman is the founder of Tsirkus Fotgrafika and the principle photographer. Friedman splits his time between his art projects and serving as archivist at the Freedman Jewish Music Archive at Penn. He is a 2009 recipient of a $20,000 Heritage Philadelphia project grant through Philadelphia Mural Arts for a magic lantern presentation that will be unveiled in summer/fall 2010.












Susan Englert

Susan Englert is a Pittsburgh-based architect and visual artist. She is currently consumed with developing concepts for production and performance, most recently the Japanese Butoh-inspired workshop and performance piece “Fish Engine,” a fundraiser/fashion event for Dress for Success at the Warhol Museum, and currently, “Accordion Pool Party,” a world music song and dance festival in an abandoned pool in Pittsburgh. Susan has completed more than ten commissioned art installations in the past four years, for the Pittsburgh Three Rivers Arts Festival, Artists Upstairs, and Quantum Theatre, among others, and recently launched a product line of artful flipbooks, digital assemblage greeting cards, and jewelry on the theme of babydoll shards. Susan has been recognized with production grants and artist residencies in Pittsburgh, Washington State and at the prestigious Jentel Colony in Wyoming.




Nicole Joneic

Nicole Joniec: Striving to be a member of the Women's Royal Air Force, like her Grandmother did during WWII, Nicole is seen here sporting her Aviator look. As an employee of the Library Company of Philadelphia, she often assists RA with his historical research. She enjoys trips to the Pine Barrens and the Jersey Shore.










Amber

Amber is an actor who has just finished a three-year run of managing a cafe, to good reviews. She enjoys assisting RA in various and sundry projects, as well as learning more about photography. She has worked in 4 bookstores in 4 different cities, writes, and wants to ultimately work in film.










Jenna Hannum

Jenna Hannum lives and works in Philadelphia, where she paints and produces works on paper. Her work examines logical models and microscopic structures such as chemical compound diagrams and viruses, and relates them to a larger environment. Jenna's work has been exhibited in numerous venues throughout Philadelphia and Pennsylvania including University of the Arts, Pagus Gallery, and the State Museum of Pennsylvania, and is included in several private collections. When she is not creating lots and lots of drawings, she occasionally moonlights as a maker of websites.
